It is a great moment of honor and pride to be apart of the family of the Skin Allergy Research Society (SAS).
Let me take this opportunity to express sincere gratitude to each one of you for the support, affection, and confidence showered on us. Your faith in us and constant encouragement have been a source of inspiration to embark on these new responsibilities. A lot of welcome changes had been initiated in the SAS in the recent past, this recent website is just one of those. We have been conducting our annual Skin Allergy Meeting (SAM) with tremendous success for the past six years, and even in the COVID-torn 2020, we are proud to present the seventh SAM through the virtual platform.
We also are able to increase our academic activities; our publications are a testimonial to that. We have been successful to bring two highly appreciated Indian consensus guidelines in the past two years, one on urticaria and the other on the atopic dermatitis. Our vision remained a constant endeavor for excellence and standardization in the management of allergic skin diseases, including urticaria, atopic dermatitis, and allergic contact dermatitis. Since the last few years, the association has spread its wings. Thanks to our seniors, dedicated members, and seasoned faculty, and vibrant juniors we could continue in our quest for excellence. We are happy to form SAS Academy with a balanced mixture of youthful and experienced academicians.
I am looking forward to furthering the journey under the leadership of Dr. Kiran Godse whose vision is to enrich the organization with academic activity. We seek your blessings, support, and co-operation in our journey towards fetching glory to our association.
